Garrett GTP38R Power Max Ball Bearing Turbo

Garrett Ball Bearing Turbo

Garrett GTP38R Power Max Ball Bearing Turbo: a true ball bearing turbo, proven in many 400 - 500hp trucks.

An Intercooler with Garrett technology: the new standard for high performance intercoolers.

Non EBV Turbo Pedestal 99.5-2003 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel

Non EBV Turbo Pedestal 99.5-2003 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel

This pedestal eliminates the factory actuator rod assembly, allowing proper oil flow for a clean installation when used in conjunction with our high flow outlet.

7.3 Turbo exhaust housing

1999.5-2003 1.0A/R turbo exhaust housing

This larger exhaust housing from Garrett is a wasted gated 1.0A/R and is a direct replacement for the stock 0.84A/R housings used on 1999.5-2003 Ford Powerstroke engines.

The larger 1.0A/R housing provides significant EGT reduction under heavy towing conditions without noticeable increase of turbo lag.

Ford Engine with Turbo

1999.5 to 2003 Ford 7.3L Diesel Turbo Charger

The ATS GT 99-03 turbo is an awesome up-grade for extreme towing. Heavy towing requires very large demands on the 7.3L Diesel powerplant, this creates an extreme demand on the engine. In order to maintain reliability and keep the engine cool, the turbo charger must be able to supply the air necessary to burn the Diesel fuel in the cylinder. The ATS GT-99-03 turbo is an excellent choice.

When looking for performance with unsurpassed reliability you now have a choice. The ATS GT Series Turbo Charger is designed to provide quick spool-up wile providing large amounts of air. Big air equates to low EGT's during towing very heavy loads. The innovative over sized 4-inch inducer bleed compressor housing intake exclusively manufactured by ATS is a key element to the huge performance of the ATS GT turbo charger.

We offer a 4-inch heavy wall silicone tube that connects the ported compressor housing to the intake of the Power Stroke intake system with this upgraded turbo system. This turbo removes the dangerous surge that is associated with the factory turbocharger and present with other aftermarket turbo chargers such as the ball bearing widely advertised by many Diesel performance companies.

The ATS GT incorporates an oversized intake pipe that will not collapse, the hose has been molded to withstand extreme negative pressures that exist when pulling very heavy loads even when the intake air filter becomes restricted from normal debris. A 4-inch ported compressor housing, high flow compressor wheel measuring 80mm, heavy duty thrust system, perfectly balanced rotating assembly and optimized wastegate guaranties the performance and the reliability you are looking for in a 7.3L Powerstroke.

The GT turbo is offered in 2 different configurations: one with a 0.84 A/R turbine housing and the other with a 1.00 A/R turbine housing.

The 0.84 A/R housing is recommended in most cases providing quick spool up and awesome midrange for towing applications up to the 425HP range.

The 1.00 A/R housing is offered in higher power applications when slower turbo response is ok and power levels of over 425HP are desired.

Don't be fooled into thInking you need the larger turbine housing when building a pulling machine, most towing applications are best matched with the 0.84 A/R turbine housing.

ATS Aurora 2000 Wastegated Turbo

1983 to 1994.5 Ford 6.9 and 7.3L Diesel Turbo Kit

The ATS Aurora 2000 Wastegated Turbo System has been the premier turbo charger system chosen by the professionals for over 15 years now. Ford motor company chose ATS in 1994 for a reason, Ford wanted the best and that's what they got. In 1994 Ford installed the ATS turbo kit on every Powerstroke engine produced from the factory. The ATS turbo kit uses a large bypass valve that is engineered to accommodate the engines exhaust gas volume allowing for maximum turbo boost with out the concern of over boosting the high compression engine. By using a large bypass valve and a large final exhaust expansion chamber we maintain very low exhaust back pressure. This low back pressure results in increased combustion efficiency. Combined with recommended fuel settings a 50% increase in rear wheel horsepower can be achieved. Recently the ATS turbo system has been redesigned to utilize the Aurora 2000 turbo charger that has become so popular in the demanding turbo Diesel market. There is no other turbo kit that delivers the rapid response and power that the Aurora 2000 offers.
