Powerstroke 6.0 Diesel Engine Performance Parts

6.0 rebuild

We have tackled the troublesome 6.0 head gasket problem. We have found that the best job comes from a complete cab off repair. This enables you to work on the engine for the repairs and achieve a Quality torquing of the head studs that are torqued at 245 ft lbs. The cab poses the biggest problem with your ability to torque all studs evenly.

We have found that mildly modified trucks hold up best with a rebuilt head, flat service, stock head gasket with RTA after market cylinder head studs. This works well on trucks that generate up to 45 psi boost. For trucks ruing propane or nitrous we recommend a fire ring head and gasket combo.

Call and schedule an appointment to have your 6.0 truck repaired in house, fixing this issue once and for all.

Head Studs

Head Studs

Head Studs are a must for any Ford 6.0L or 7.3L engine producing turbo boost pressures above 40 PSI. For performance and towing applications, Head Studs are a must.

These head studs require no machining, drilling or tapping; the perfect "drop-in" fit for your PowerStroke Diesel.

Fire Ring System

Fire Ring System

The weakest link in the 6.0L & 7.3L Powerstroke engine performance chain is the head gasket. Boost pressures above 40 PSI place the engines in danger. To ensure reliability and performance with boost pressures above 40 PSI, we offer our Fire Ring system consisting of high torque, head studs and an innovative O-Ring System that is fastened into the head. Issues with head gasket problems are now a thing of the past.
